Copa Libertadores Compatible with Petriz17's Liga MX by Emerson Pereira and PES Buck V2 PS4 and PS5

PES Buck removed Deportivo La Guaira, Deportivo Tachira, and Cusco from the Libertadores file and replaced with Uruguay teams of Penerol, Nacional, and Montevideo Wanderers from Emerson Pereira's Uruguay OF.

Works with Liga MX files that uses the first 18 teams of PLA League.

New Player IDs added to the game to remove created players.
