Veikkausliiga 2021 OF was updated from the 2020 OF (link at the bottom of the post), that was published last year. This 2021 OF doesn't need the last one to work. I have moved players in the league according to transfers. There is about 110 completely new players compared to the last season's OF. Firstly I created them as created players, then I moved them with base copy over players that left the league during winter's off-season. This way there won't be doubling created players in the OF. (Using base copy messes up old Master League saves in Veikkausliiga, you should finish the last one before downloading this.) Additionally there's over 10 players that were in the game already, these were edited to fit the OF better. Players like Rodrigo Arciero and Urho Nissilä. Some were added through Live Update to the game, I changed the base player in those cases where the player was already in the last OF.
I posted this Veikkausliiga 2021 OF just over two weeks ago on ff2. Compared to that one, I added three loaned players from the Swiss League to AC Oulu. These three were Liechtenstein national team player Dennis Salanović, another Thun-loanee Magnus Breitenmoser and Spartaks Jürmala (Latvian team) -loanee Lucky Opara (who just returned from his FC Lugano -loan). Also some other teams got minor changes. I changed the KTP-manager Argo Arbeiter to the new manager Gabri Xatart (the former assistant coach was the caretaker manager for two games, but now he is officially in charge for the rest of the season). Veikkausliiga 2021 OF should work on PS4 and PS5, some have downloaded it also to PC. The english version of this Option File was first published on PESGaming a week ago. (I edited the text for this PESFutebol post. Breitenmoser and Opara weren't in the PESGaming OF.)

How to download and use:- Move WEPES-folder to USB, that is formated to FAT or exFAT (suitable for PS4).
- In the game go to Edit / Import Team / Apply player and squad data & Overwriting image files of the same name.
- TED team files should put the images from the WEPES-folder where they belong in game.
- If a TED team file is doubled during the import, then you should ignore the ._ teams (MAC-problem)
- If there is _MACOSX-folder with the OF, it should also be ignored. I didn't make it.
- Import Competitions: Veikkausliiga, Suomen Cup & Super Cup. (Settings can be checked from the PDF that is in the OF-folder.)
- Teams have to be set manually through Competition Structure between Veikkausliiga and Other European Leagues, choose PEU League/Veikkausliiga Draw Size to be 14 or 16 and move teams between Other European Leagues and Veikkausliiga.
- In local matches Live Update must be set to OFF (press R3 when you choose the teams).
- In 2 player matches Edit data must be accepted for the sub account.

Veikkausliiga-teams use all the PEU League base players (ID) that were not used by CYPES. So
only version 1.0 (of those Bundesliga OF teams that are in the above picture) is compatible and you should only download this OF as a complete package. Also because this is a combination of different option files with the Other European Leagues teams, there are some rival clubs in the teams above, that should not be there. It can be fixed in the team-section of edit.
Here's a link to just three (48/70) 2048-kits per team (MediaFire), probably useful in the case, if there isn't enough space in the game folder for 2048-kits. You can just replace the "Peliasut (BandW) 0621"-folder that is in the WEPES-folder and import the teams after that.

This MediaFire-link is only for those downloaders, that want to download 14 teams in Veikkausliiga (instead of the full 16 teams). While updating this OF for the 2021 season, I moved base players inside the Finnish league according to their transfers (and forgot about the option of downloading just 14 teams). These former VPS- and KPV-players (who still are in Veikkausliiga) are not compatible with the alternative teams (CSKA Sofia & HNK Rijeka). So here they're as created players in Thai League. You can move them back to their teams (Ilves, KTP, AC Oulu, TPS & RoPS) through edit/transfers.
