I have two teams that are coming into conflict; when I import the TED from palmeiras and Gremio 1989, Palmeiras 1951 keeps the complete list, but the Gremio is incomplete; so I do a new import of the team and it is correct, but the Palmeiras trees is incomplete and vice versa, are the two teams in the same league because that happens?

Sounds like they are using the same Player IDs as that will happen. Only fix is to use different Player IDs on one of those teams. Use low rating Free Agents to base copy to move to that team. Export the file, then re-install the 2 teams.
